A verification code will be sent to the user mobile number through the approved WhatsApp template test_code. After entering the code, you can set a new password مباشرة.

Select username

Select the username linked to the account from the list.

Receive WhatsApp code

The code is delivered to the mobile number saved in the user profile.

Set a new password

Enter the correct code and set a new secure password.

Template used: test_code With the current integration settings, the request is sent through Azeer/Mottasl using /message/send as a template message. The template must be approved and available in the matching language.

Select the username and we will send a WhatsApp verification code to the registered mobile number.

Select the username from the list. If the account has a valid mobile number, a WhatsApp code will be sent using the test_code template.
